Our proposed pre-submission version of the Saffron Walden Neighbourhood Plan is being published in accordance with Regulation 14 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.

The consultation period runs from Wednesday 22 January until Tuesday 10th March, 2020.

The Proposed Saffron Walden Neighbourhood Plan can be viewed and representations made in these ways:

  1. Via this interactive website www.waldenplan.org.
  2. Paper copies of the plan are available to view during their normal opening hours at:
    a.  The Town Council offices at Emson Close, Saffron Walden;
    b.  The Tourist Information Office on the Market Square, Saffron Walden;
    c.  The Library on the Market Square, Saffron Walden; and
    d.  At reception at Lord Butler Leisure Centre, Saffron Walden.

Comments will be made public as part of our consultation statement, but not your name or any other personal details. Any personal information you provide to us through this website will be dealt with in accordance with the Saffron Walden Town Council Data Protection and Data Retention Policy.  These details will only be used as part of the neighbourhood plan preparation process and will only be shared with Uttlesford District Council to enable them to carry out their statutory responsibilities relating to this neighbourhood plan.
